What Special Events are Going on?

It doesn't take long to realize that islanders are always looking for a reason to celebrate something, after all we have a sunset celebration every day of the year! In fact its typically harder to find a week without some other celebration, festival or special event going on than a week without. Of course its easy to find out about the big annual events like Fantasy Fest, Hemingway Days, the Songwriters Festival and the likes but we will try and list some of the other less well known events that play a big part in keeping life interesting on our island.

The big annual events are often special enough to bring a crowd of return revelers and to also make a newcomers "Things to do List". Because these are typically scheduled far in advance, with reliable dates, we'll include these on a seperate list first.
